Duties of the Secretary

  

(1)  Take Minutes of all meetings of the Governing Body and general meetings of

       the membership and distribute to Officers and Governing Body members.

 

(2)  Maintain a permanent file of all Minutes.

 

(3)  Handle correspondence as directed by Officers and/or Governing Body. 

 

(4)  Perform other duties as assigned by Officers and/or Governing Body.
