Duties of the Vice President

In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall preside over all meetings of the WNDA and the Governing Body and shall assume all duties of the President.

Shall serve as the dress code officer, which will include the responsibility of assuring that uniforms selected by members are color and pattern coordinated and adhere to the defined dress code as later described.

Shall be authorized to sign all corporate checks.  The Vice Presidents shall bonded.
